What personal information do we collect?

We collect personal information from users, as described below.

1.1 - Information you provide to us.

If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site, you will be required to become a registered user, and to submit certain personally identifiable information to Aiday. Also, we collect information from you when you respond to a survey or fill out a form.

This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for the Service, or if you desire to receive marketing materials and information. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your IP address, full user name, password, email address, city, time zone, telephone number, and other information that you decide to provide us with.

1.2 - Information collected from Slack messages.

We require you to communicate with the Website through Instant Messaging (Slack). This requires special care on our side, and a more restrictive privacy measures.

We do not collect or keep information from incoming conversations, and we do not process messages transmitted, except for messages related to the explicit usage of the service.

We do not monitor team channels. Communication with Aiday is strictly possible via direct message.

1.3 - Information colelcted from Google Calendar integration.

You must connect Aiday with your Google Calendar to make Aiday bot work.

In either case, the connection between Aiday and your Google Calendar can be deleted at any time.

Aiday respects your personal information. We will not share your personal meetings or who you meet with with third-party parties.

If you connected Aiday with your Google Calendar or other calendar provider, we may share your meetings with users from your Slack team. This information sharing is for your benefit, allowing members of your Slack team give feedback on your meetings.

1.4 - Information collected from third-party software.

We may collect information from the softwares you connected upon signup. We shall not sell, transfer or lease out that data to third parties. Data from those software will only be used to provide valuable insights to you and shall not be altered by the Website.

1.5 - Information collected via technology.

Log files.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and better tailor our Services to our users’ needs. We use the information we get from these Analytics Companies only to improve our Site and Services.
