We collect personal information from users, as described below.
If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site, you will be required to become a registered user, and to submit certain personally identifiable information to Aiday. Also, we collect information from you when you respond to a survey or fill out a form.
This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for the Service, or if you desire to receive marketing materials and information. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your IP address, full user name, password, email address, city, time zone, telephone number, and other information that you decide to provide us with.
We require you to communicate with the Website through Instant Messaging (Slack). This requires special care on our side, and a more restrictive privacy measures.
We do not collect or keep information from incoming conversations, and we do not process messages transmitted, except for messages related to the explicit usage of the service.
We do not monitor team channels. Communication with Aiday is strictly possible via direct message.
You must connect Aiday with your Google Calendar to make Aiday bot work.
In either case, the connection between Aiday and your Google Calendar can be deleted at any time.
Aiday respects your personal information. We will not share your personal meetings or who you meet with with third-party parties.
If you connected Aiday with your Google Calendar or other calendar provider, we may share your meetings with users from your Slack team. This information sharing is for your benefit, allowing members of your Slack team give feedback on your meetings.
You can limit this exposure by contacting us.
We may collect information from the softwares you connected upon signup. We shall not sell, transfer or lease out that data to third parties. Data from those software will only be used to provide valuable insights to you and shall not be altered by the Website.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To personalize your experience – Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
To improve our Slack bot and website – We continually strive to improve our Slack bot and website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
To improve customer service – Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
To diagnose issues – Technical information, such as IP address, OS type, web browser user-agent and meta-data is logged for diagnostic purposes.
To send periodic emails – The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
Aiday is committed to ensuring the security of your information. Our website, servers and Products and Services have security measures intended to keep users’ information protected. Users are required to protect their usernames/passwords or any other security related information. If we learn that one of our systems containing personal information has been breached, we will notify users.
Please note that cookies are not required to access our basic site but may be required for login or other optional features to work.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
